I'd mix the nutrients at a 1:1 ratio as the manufacturer recommends but check the EC and use an appropriate feed level.
Coco issues does this look like overwatering?

Problem is not nutrient strength, in this case it's bad watering practices. Shouldn't you post pictures of your plants running Cyco nutrients? It's been a second.

I looked up sensi coco and its 3.79 ml then double that per week. Doesnt that seem excessive?

Are you measuring ml to L or ml to gal?
Sensi Coco Grow A and B =
15.14 ml per gallon of each
4 ml per L
You still need to measure your EC to verify you are feeding at the proper level. You also should be feeding daily to significant runoff.
Since you've been feeding them infrequently every 3-4 days the first feed I would make sure you feed to more runoff than normal to ensure even saturation and flushing of the coco.

Ml to gallon. I saturated it last night to significant runoff and had them very saturated and heavu this morning when going to work. Should i feed again? I feel as iff thats way too much? What ml to gal should i run? I was 2ml / gallon for years in multiple fertigation small pots with no issue.

Yes, feed again. They should be fed every day.
You feel like it's way too much because you aren't doing it right for coco.
I can't tell you how many ml to gallon to use, you need an EC meter.

You absolutely need them if you’re not growing organically in soil. At the very least you NEED ph drops/strips ph up and down and a cheap tds meter. You can get all that for $20-30.
In the future don’t waste your money on advanced nutrients products they’re way overpriced for what they are and only marketed to either uninformed newbs(not an insult we’ve all been there) or idiots(that is an insult, if you’re an experienced grower using AN products you’re a dummy)

It's going to vary based on your nutrient line and each strain/pheno. It'd be best if you knew what you've been feeding them and adjust.
Your plants are how old? 3 weeks maybe 4? I'd be aiming around 1.0EC - 1.4 EC.

Holy shit! Those plants are extremely underfed and extremely underwatered. for plants that size you want to be watering them with around a liter of water with a good dose of nutrients in the water, 250ml is not enough for a plant that size.

That's a good rough estimate for the amount of nutrient solution to be feeding them daily. About 1 L or 0.25 gallons.

You've been giving them 0.066 gallons a day...
Soak the coco (flush) with the appropriate EC nutrient solution and feed to runoff daily. You are making this way harder than it needs to be...
How old are your plants?

I did this. Sorry my last message was cut off. I was just saying i am an organic grower who was gifted an nutes to have a go with coco. - to the why i am using an. As to the people helping. Thank you. Its just confusing when 10 people tell you to do something different so i am trying to do my part in learning by asking why.

the frequency of fertigation will impact on the level of nutes a plant can assimilate... the nutes are ions solved in the water which the roots will attract electro-chemically and if plant needs them, EC in the pot should fall... so the more often you feed the less high the feed EC should be and these interrelated factors are the reason why there can be no exact values given to EC strength. but your plant surely tells you: more

You absolutely need a ec/ph meter or ph drops, there's no standard ec as such it's relevent to the plants, your environment and the frequency of feeding all combined.
Example... a warm dry environment makes plants use more water so the ec in the root ball gets more concentrated aka high ec resulting in lock out, the salts need rinsed out at least once a day possibly 2+ depending on pot size.
To get your ec on track start feeding with say 1.0ec then test the run off, your aiming for a raise of a 2/3 points in-between feeds.
