Hi guys and girls...
I am starting off in some Coco Coir for my little ones after a horrendous time with bad quality soil which was a BIG mistake. Burned a baby to death and stunted it.
Anyway... I've opted for some Coco Coir block saturated in RO water at a pH of 6.4 to get it all fluffed up and hydrated again. Added about a 50% perlite mix to the Coco Coir... looking and feeling very bouncy and aerated...
For buffering my Coco Coir the nutrients are sitting at about the 6.4 pH range (according to my pH pen)... Do you think thats a safe range in the Coco coir?
I've mixed 4ml of Sensi CalMag Extra and 4ml Piranha juice to 2 litres of RO water so far.
Any recommendations if this pH is safe etc.
Thanks all ^_^
