Long as that light is spread well you can use a lotta light, more than 35 w/sq ft......45---50 even, if you have good air circulation and venting.

If leaves react to heat stress RAISE the lights.......
50w per sq/ft is the top end with good led. I dont use any co2 and had to back off the light at that wattage.

So the Auto Cobs are working best for ya? Citizen CLU048-1812 cobs in those Auto Cobs? They are the cheapest cobs of all to buy individually.

Just noticed you only grow auto flowers, I'm not into auto flower plants
I only grow photos ...just finished my first run with 6 autocobs (360 watts ) yielded 456 grams plus another 100 grams of larf ...8 plants grown in coco fed megacrop and regenaroot from CX horticulture ..this was also my first run with coco .. I didn’t have my waterings even close to as dialed in as I would have liked and still pulled good numbers ...also no co2 used either ..I was growing in a 4x8 tent but only used a little more than half of the 4x8 ..crazy thing is too I thought my plants weren’t going to be a big yielder and was pleasantly surprised with the final numbers ..one last thing to add I also had no intake fans bringing air in til after week 5 of flower so I’m sure I was suffocating my tent by only exhausting air out pretty much the whole grow
