COB LED or full panel LED?

looking to get LED lights and I see these COB LEDs.. so are COB LEDs or the full panel of LEDs better?

I have a panel light. It works, but it damn sure ain't no cob. Next light I have will be though. Cobs are pretty amazing.

Cobs all day bro. Well worth the extra investment, they will pay for themselves... providing you don't go murdering the plants or anything crazy like that
