Been reading up on CO2. Plants love it but it will kill us.
Yes there is more Cars and such but there is more trees, so it should balance out.

Run a sealed room with co2. If not sealed, don’t waste your money

Not thinking this will be practical. Got a detector close by because I'm running a ventless Gas Fireplace.

Yes a person can have too much.
CO2 is the last thing you add after having everything else perfected and running smooth. Adding CO2 isn't going to magically improve your grow. Learning how to keep plants healthy from start to finish is going to be more productive. CO2 is best left to experienced growers that have all of the other possible environmental factors dialed in. Even then most don't bother with it.
No offense but from reading some of your posts there are more important things you could be reading and learning about than CO2.
