co2 setup for first time

So I haven't been growing for three months about to set up.new lights haven't bought anything se gonna be an all.new setup spare bedroom is like 10x12
Thinking two 1k watters and probably divide the room with pandafilm to section off 5x10 area
One foot on each side of plants for space to squeeze or for fans or dehumidifier and co2 so actual footprint will be about 4x8
Five gal should be big enough if I'm using clones even with an 8wk veg or so
Anyways I saw on Amazon a titan controller, regulator, and co2 tank for 400 seems like a good time to try adding co2
So... how do I do it without adding an ac just for that room
If I need a window unit.I guess I could but I keep the room about 70 on my home thermostat I could hook a duct from vent of central air to sectioned off flower area?
I can aircool hoods but adding co2 changes everything. I don't want to suck all the co2 out
So do I suck air from the bedroom into ducts to cool the lights and ducted out of flower area back into bedroom or outside(window)
that would leave it sealed"? If I add plenty of oscillating fans wouldn't my temp stay just a little higher than the temp.in oh bedroom??
Then I could add co2 or what am I missing? Do I need ANY EXHAUST OR INTAKE? maybe just a little so.it doesn't suck.ALL co2 out??
irk I guess that's what confuses me mostly I am pretty sure u can hook up a fan filter combo and put.in the corner and.it.will still suck air.in and filter just doesn't leave the tent even thou its "scrubbed"??
I promise I've been growing for years sorry for the newb questions I have never grown in a tent or with that many watts either so tell me what I need to but to.have a sick 2k setup
Sorry if this was confusing to read or hard to understand would be easier to explain with pics but don't want to buy anything until it's all mapped out

You can interlock co2 and an exhaust fan in a fresh air room. Co2 will only run when the exhaust fan is off.
The one ducting from your central will not be enough to cool those rooms. And IMO a fresh air setup inside a house is a huge waste of money. You'd be sucking all your central AC right out the house. Creating a negitive pressure on your entire house.

What is the first thing you check when you turn on the central AC? That all the doors and windows are shut, right? Same concept here. No reason to pay to air condition the outdoors.

IMO a sealed room with a mini split is the superior, and in a lot of places, the only way to grow year round.

It gets hot where I'm at for sure
Guess mini split and 2 or 3k would be the shit
Dunno if I could pay the electric bill tho lol

I have run c02 in pretty much same size room 3000 watts its not so much of the heat you are worried about its the RH spike with 3 k my temps were 87 88 degrees ( PERFECT ) for best metabolic rate and growth when c02 is added 2 k in that sized room you will see heat spikes near end of light cycle
I suggest dehuey out side of room with ducting going in room
If your concerned about heat or by chance it gets up into the 90's then open up a window in room and have fans on that end which also will help keep c02 from escaping window..
With hotter temps she will transpire more which is all good just use less nutrients and water more frequently 3 days etc

Thanks for the ideas gives me something to think about
I have gotten away with no dehumidifier bc I live in a very dry area but mostly bc I've been using LEDs lately but I figured in a sealed type room I'd need one
Should I close the vent from the house AC in the bedroom and just put in window unit?
