CO2 released in bottled water increases PH?

"If the water has dissolved CO2 in it (like some bottled water labeled as pure), the pH will rise as that comes out."

This is from the FAQ section has anyone really had this happining? I have PH issues and I use "pure drinking water" Should I be buying a certain type of bottled water?

If you are at all concerned, aerate for 24 hours with an airstone prior to using. This will off gas any extra co2.

I use RO, distilled work's great! just do it so that u arn't carrying jugs of water in all the time and the neighbors won't think anything.
