Are you on crack? 200 sq feet is pretty fucking tiny.
In any case, you're most likely running the unit too long. It only needs to be on for 4.5 mins every 60-90 mins. That tank should last you 2 weeks if it's a 20 lb canister. Or you're running too larger of a burner. Whats the BTU's? 6000 BTUs running 4.5 mins every 60-90 mins should last a while.
You also may need to make your room air tight. Another possibly is that you're using a really tiny tank?

How's a 14x14 sq ft room large? My bed room is larger then that. In any case even if you look at CO2 generator sizes most are made for 500-1000 sq feet (i.e. 6000 btu's). Not that many manufactures make 1000-3000 btu burners any more. These are what they call closet sized burners.

we arent talking about "bedrooms" we are talking about GROW ROOMS...... If you go by the rule of thumb that a 1000w has a primery coverage of 4x4 area(16sq feet) then one would need 12.5 1000w lights to cover a room that big if they were trying to get max coverage.......
12 1000w lights??? and you would consider that a " tiny" grow.....A flowerring room that big with that many lights has the potenial to yeild over 20lbs of dryed cannibas.......how the hell would anyone consider that a tiny grow?? if you consider that i tiny grow then what the hell do you consider a big grow?? a wear house ??

You got a silly understanding of things. You need to realize plants take up space, lights, environmental control items, res, ect. No one will cover a 14X14 area with 12 lights. You'd need a much larger room then 200 sq feet for 12 lights. That room would be too tiny of a space for 12 lights. At most a 200 sq foot room would have is 2-5 lights. You need room to move around too. I consider 200 sq feet to be small...well because thats the size of my grow room.
You only need max coverage in the areas you're growing on. You wouldn't cover the enter room with that much light. It would roast like crazy in there. A 200 sq foot room would safely house roughly 10-15 large plants or 80 SOG style tiny plants. I don't think anyone would carelessly shove too many plants in one area. You'd have mold and pest problems up the ass.
For as many lights as you're speaking of 12 or so you'd need a 400-600 sq foot area (that to me is a medium sized room). Then again I've seen some crazy ass rooms.

lol no you are the one that has it wrong......if someone says there grow room is 14x14 then we are to assume that this person has 14x14 area of canopy.....Your trying to say that a person using a 14x14 room wouldnt use the entire space because he would need room to walk and this and that....If thats the case then you wouldnt say your room is 14x14 you would say its whatever size the canopy is..Look if you tell me your grow room is 14x14 but you only grow in a 10x10 then you shouldnt have said your grow room is14x14 you should say its 10x10. So YES a 14x14 is 200sq feet of GROWING SPACE which would require a 1000w light for ever 5x5 area Minium even though i would do 4x4 which is 12 ligghts...........
i Dont care that you think hes not going to use all the space in his room because you dont.....you are trying to prove your point by saying that the total sq feet of the room wouldnt be used for growing but that has nothing to do with what im saying.... You dont know that he woudlnt use all the the space in his room......

it would only have 2-5 lights?? you idiot thats the stupid thing ive read all day 2 lights in a 14x14 grow space?? lol thats laughable...like i said i dont care about your walking path or your ventalation im talking abnout the math here......1000w covers 4x4 area of space maybe 5x5 depending on the hood.....based of that if you have 200sq feet you would need 12 lights if trying to cover a 4x4 with each 1000w light......
And if you went by a 5x5 area per 1000w light then you would need 8 lights........So no matter how you slice it 2-5 lights is NOT going to give you MAXIMIUM coverage in a 14x14 sq feet of grow canopy PERIOD........dont try and tell me that 2 lights is going to cover 14x14 sq feet of GROWING CANOPY.....you dont know what your talking about..

14x14 is a good sized room no matter what. 5 more feet each way is doctor wages. u must know that. alot of work and really who cares about the room to work. youll make it happen. its a monster grow and getts real expensive.

NO I never said that...You need to learn how to read (and write) better. I said no one in there right mind would shove 12 or more lights in a 200 sq foot area. Thats just dangerous and you'd have crazy issues with heat (even if the lights were air cooled). I was saying at most in a 200 sq foot area you should put 2-5 lights. I.E. each light covering their own 4x4 area. I didn't say you could light a 14x14 room with 2-5 lights (i.e. I was refrencing concentrated areas you would grow over).
