CO2 Circulation - Would this work?? (Image inside)

So I'm working on a 12x12 sealed room design and am trying to find the most effective way to circulate CO2 to the pants. I was wondering if anyone had tried this.

Any input from experience using a chimney stack to deliver CO2?
