My badboy 8 bulb is 24 inches wide. If you want a good deal there are 6 bulbs on ebay for 120 plus shipping. They are 18 inches wide.

I have a 12 bulb, and fits in my 2x4 tent perfect.648watts, have you seen one of those lights in person? Does the other company sell a 12 bulb for 200? I am not trying to give a shamful plug to the company,but trying to let someone know if they are looking for a 12 bulb for 200, compaired to others that want way more

should i go with cloneing in rockwool cubes or this 8 site aero bucket cloner thingy

im looking to transplant to soil after roots devlope
the bucket cloner seems like a realy good deal for 45$ but it would be first time useing something like that and ive been thinking if trying rockwool cubes for clones and seeds but i dont kno anything bout them or how to go about useing them

If you are just using soil why not use jiffy pellets ? can get em cheep at walmart, or any home garden place. what I use for all my seedlings with great luck, I just toped a few and using jiffy pellets . My first time using for clones,but someone that does use them said it worked fine, bucket cloner would be way to go if useing a soil less set up...

I'm with this guy, go with the jiffy pellets or better yet, use seed starter plugs. they work awesome for clones too. I use something like these.

I don't know much about rockwool, but I know that they're easily overwatered, and I believe they need to be soaked @ 5.6 pH overnight before use.

so wheen i plant the seeds in the pellets should i do nething special or just let the pellet soak up water then plant then stick in humidity domeand ive been told cloneing with the pellets is easy so this way it would save me money in the long run eventually tho im going to get a single shot bucket system and attempt to grow in it but im not holding my breath cuz i wwant to get good at this before i go that far

just make sure you keep the jiffy pellets moist. if you got some bread, go with starter plugs and a tray, something like this

that would be good thats accualy cheaper than the 8 site cloner i was going to get

i accualy have a dome already tho but idk how good it would be i got if off amazon its suposta be for flowers it has 2 little green trays and a heat mat for it but your supost just put soil in the trays snd use it kike thst woukd give pic but my tablet wont let me uplaod oics
but im thinking about getting rid of it and justgetting that one when i buy my new lights and stuff from htg thats where i buy most of my stuff except for the tent and bubble bags im getting them from virtual sun

this is what you can expect from that set-up. some nice roots going on

i have a cheep plastic dome with bottem tray. soak pellets in water so they swell up, lil shake out and drop in. I germ all my seeds on a plate in paper towel with same size plate up side down to act like dome and put on my cable box to act like heat pad..I have 100% germ rate. one batch i put the jiffy pellets on a plate on top cable box and just added a lil water every day to keep em wet... so many diffrent ways to do it. My dome was 5 bucks at walmart lol.. or you could get cheep clear beer cups and put over to act like dome

Damn I do not know if i can hang with ya'lls fancy equipment..lol I buy the cheep 200. dollar 12 bulb t5, have 15 bucks into my clone dip,pellets and tray that i could use for ever..lol cheep ass 2x4 tent that was 75 bucks.. in the end my weed looks just the same

all im going to have is
either 4/2/5 tent or closet that is same size (havent chossen yet)
4ft4 bulb t5
6in inline fan 175 cfm for exaust
ozium mister for smell
3 and 5 gal grow bags 3 for plants and 5 for mothers
2ft 4 bulb t5 for mothers

if nebody thinks im missing nething plz help im trying to get everything i need to get this going starting to order things after the 1st of jan

How are you going to filter the smell ? Them bitches get to stinking bad, I was sweating bullets till my exhause fan and filter showed up.... Sorry to the O.P for the hijacking

I used a generic version of that seed starter tray I posted. minus the heat mat. it's a tray that can hold those starter plugs and another tray under it that holds water.and I use the dome to, but not all the time. just depends on the humidity. it's amazing for starting seeds and clones. you can get some awesome root growth using those

yes it is a good deal it is the same price on there website

so do you think i should just go with the htg seed starter kit

also when i cut the clones to put in the incerts what kind of compound should i use gel or powderalso do you think a 2ft 2 bulb would be good enough to light for the clones in the dome
