yeah it willindeed be a couple of years work i guess. i'm growing this one more for myself than any breeding project. though if it turns out stunning i will rue the chance of pollinating it so i reckon i'll throw some col black at it n see what comes. i've narrowed a shortlist of what i consider to be a good mix to create a nice sativa. it's going to take some work but if my plan comes together it should be a winner. i want ideally 12-14 weeks. sweet flavour and smell not spicey if i can work it. or at least keep it to an undertone. and of course. straight up soaring high lol.

like guiness, good things come to those who wait eh :)

cool beans, how do you go about trying to determine how and what the flavours and scents will be like apart from breeder selection obviously. i mean if i took a pk for instance the lemon pheno and then crossed it say strawberry sour d, id imagine the smell to be more grapefruity with the citrus added but flavour i couldnt guess at. but i guess its alot of trial and error and then growing out your creations to see what you got then adding the new genetics to the ones you like. or is there a rule book or a set of basics to breeder selection and flavour scent crossing ?

you might end up with lemon leaning or straw or a mix or a 50/50. which i quite a hard task as you never know which would be more dominant and also then you have to take into account which one you use as a male and female.

basically there are a few ways of doing it, i'd recommend getting a couple of books and just reading through the basics, it can get quite heavy when you get down to the chromosome level. have a look online for mendelian genetics. you can just chuck things and hope they'll stick, a lot of good stuff has come out of it but refining it is really not as easy as you'd think if you have a bit of luck.

back crossing, cubing etc. it's like pandoras box once you start looking into it.

very nice does she always grow phat main colas or was that selective pruning? looks mouth watering.
there are two pheno's predominantly one as above, which pretty much grows like that, little side branching at all but still xmas tree like. the other is smaller and but still nice. i've done the next round of pips only with the one pictured above though. and I did a whole bunch of normal green ones but i wasn;t impressed with it so i've just sat on the pips since.

oh man we could write a book about the groom, tho for decency sake we aren't allowed to mention most of his exploits. it's like trying to scratch an itch with hands tied.

i'll pull it out the bag tho am sure. me an the other best man are going to have a meeting this arvo and get it down

...and since the statute of limitations is still in effect I am unable to tell you exactly what happened....and then sanitize the situation for public consumption. Like hearing a dirty joke and cleaning it up to tell the preacher.

Unfortunately I am booked.

Another one is to say that the groom had a way with the ladies prior to meeting his fiance and there were many keys to his apartment given out and would the ladies kindly return them and then have several ladies come forward and bring a key followed by one old woman and after a pause one guy....
