Cloudy or clear? I can’t tell

Are the trichomes cloudy or clear.
I can’t telll.
I have a 60x loupe and a pocket microscope 100-200 but it’s impossible to use the microscope as the to get in focus means touching the buds and I don’t want to do that.

These are not ripe trichomes they are just reflecting the light. Just pointing this out as i see alot of new and older growers think the plants are ready to harvest when they really are not.
This may help some people to see clearly

Nice girls - I would say overall flower look ( uniform ) thruout . I would say “ maybe “ a week , thinking they are pretty much chop ready.

Pistil growth at tips are from lights ....

My buddy is obsessed with trichrome color and his harvests are always very lack luster in the potency department. I wait until orange hairs recede, usually anywhere between 70-80 days minimum.
