IMO if post is off topic..DELETE...PERIOD! Because the posts digress quickly (as it just did) and limited to only a few members' exchanges, this can be done with surgical like precision cutting out the "cancer" of the thread without denying other members the spirit of debate.
It worries me that members safety could potentially be at risk..I've heard stories.
