sounds pretty normal to be honest mate, they do tend to droop and look a bit sorry for themselves at first, you sound like youve done everything right... never heard of clone start but im sure it wont do any harm they should perk up in a few days and youll see roots out the bottom of the jiffy pellets in about a week/ week and a half.
