cloning

Welcome to the forum. You could clone them as soon as there is more than I branch on the plant. I look at it a little different. The question I now ask, after a year of practice, is WHEN do I want to clone them. I wait until they are ready to go into flowering. Your strain may be different then mine, for mine thats about 4 weeks. Then I trim of the bottom 1/3 of those plants, taking at least two clones from each one. Pick the branches that have leaves close to the cut end of the stem, and place them in water while you trim. Now plant your clones and mark them, so you know which plant they came from.
Flower (12/12 LIGHT CYCLE) the originals for two weeks, and trim them again, 1/3 of the bottom, taking and marking clones as you do. When the originals show sex get rid of all males including your male clones.
Using this method, if you meet the law of averages, and do a good job with your cloning , you will have twice as many female clones. If you started with six plants you now have 12 clones. The maturity of the clones will be close to the same. The second time through the cycle, all of your clones will be female, so get your flowering room set up. 12 plants, two clones from each, into flowering two weeks , two clones from each, you now have 66 female plants, set to harvest every two to four weeks. Maybe you'll want to start getting picky about which ones to keep.
I would have saved myself at least six months if I had started with this method. I think I am there now. This is what it looked like yesterday. You can see the various developmental stages.:hump:VV
