Cloning with Superthrive

Has anyone had a success rate with this? I only ask because some one has thrown me some superthrive to test out on my clones and he said he has very high success rate compared to olivas, he even says he wont even use oliva due to low success rate for him. What do you guys think.

It is packed with b1, let us know how it goes.. Maybe dilute it a bit?
Quarter Teaspoon / gallon
And Deff will let you know. My swears oliva got like 60-75% while this has 80-100%. Now I understand he might of had bad conditions I don't know exactly but he did have some go through well. Its worth the try i mean a bottle of this is 5.00 or little tax.
He says to Water off and on / One Feed with Quarter teaspoon and Just a feed with water.
And a gallon goes a long way I am not sure but I would think you can store the gallon of Diluted Super thrive water to conserve.

I think you need to use your superthrive mix within 24 hours. It actually says it on the cardboard insert... it actually says "try to use same day mixed whether with or without ferts. (if galvanized tub is used for mixing, try to empty soon)"
I only use during transplant and a drop or 2 on the first watering.
Let me know how it goes

I use it all the time when cloning, but not untill I see lots of roots poking out. It also works great after transplants.
Thank you for that information (++ repp). I will deff let you know how it works with me personally. So only one time watering? do you ever water with it any other time?

Just a light dose when watering, its very mild so its hard to burn them but I use rockwool and I find too much of it can kinda make the cubes scummy. After that I use it sparingly with every thing I give my plants food wise.

i go 3-5 drops/gallon until mid flower.
Alright so you go a bit with it, thank you for that info that will really help. And you have cloned wth it but you use a bit more than my friend (he said quarter teaspoon / gallon after you dip it in for 15-30 secounds than he goes off and on for a bit)

Is that scummyness greenish? cause my friend (same one who using super thrive) gave me two clones and the cubes were little greenish like algae or something.

i've found that too much causes claw-leaf and malformation such as a lot of 3 finger leaves. The dropper i use is a tiny eye-dropper size so idk a cc or ml amount, but if i can, i'll see what it measures out to next time. When i clone with it i only dip long enough to get it wet though, 1-2 secs max.

i stop in mid-flower b/c i've heard that the hormones in it can decrease flowering vigor if too strong or used too late. idk how true it is yet though b/c i don't have enough grows under my belt(on my 5th right now in veg).

why use hormones at all? i take my cutting, cut off all the leaves but the top 2, which i also cut in half, then i shave the base and shove it in a damp rockwool cube in plain water. i water once per day, no nutrients/hormones and no ph balancing. i get roots in a week, and i transplant to almost every medium, including soil, coco and hydroton and no problems yet. i have a machine that i haven't used in months because the success rate is so awesome this way.

Do you put in domes?

for the first couple of days yes, but i leave the dome off for about 20 minutes per day to prevent mold. after day 3 they're ready to leave it off and then within a couple days of leaving the dome off they'll be showing roots.
20 minutes a day, would a dome with a vent work with it Quarter/half open 24/7?
