Cloning with no mother?

you can do it your only problem is going to be where to keep the clones for 8 weeks while your others are flowering. I have two mothers that I take my clones from two weeks after I switch my plants to flower, but when I send them into flower I prune the bottom four to six branches off of my plants and I give those cuttings to a fellow grower who roots them and grows them out in his own set up. I can't keep them instead of the mothers because I can't let them veg for the 10 week flower cycle or they will be much to big for my grow rooms(3.5ft by 1.8 ft by 7ft). The strains I am growing(cheese and church) hit my max veg height of 22 inches about six weeks into veg.
