Cloning Question

Ok so I'm using a Turbo Kloner, it runs 24/7 with a T5 over it 24/7 some cuts have rooted and I'm using a cloning solution (Clonex). Problem is some of my cuts have rotted, I touch the stem it's like touching a piece of spaghetti and turned dark colored. Anyone ever have this before or know what I'm doing wrong or need to improve??? Thanks, I need to move in 2 weeks so I need my cutting to root soon.

They're is a good chance that your pump is overheating your solution. A cycle timer like an ART_DNE will fix. I have also seen some leaking thru the neoprene discs and with the clonex added it has built salt on the plants and made them mad that way.

Also you are going to want to clean your gear like you never have before. and throw away all neoprene air stones and shit thats cheap to replace. then clean the fuck out of your cloner agiain.

idk
simple for me is put clones in a clear 16 qt plastic box with plexiglas over top and one cfl light bulb and mist with water every few days
works and is simple not familar with your cloner but familar with soggy stems
it is from being to wet

After using my turbo kloner for 2 years I'm having the same issue. It has taken 4 weeks to get roots. After 2 weeks stems got soft. I let it go and after first roots on some cuts I added a small amount of nutes. The stems that got real soft rooted inside the colars. Then droped down. But as long as the center leaves are green and not dead they will pull threw. I'm thinking I didn't sterilize mine well enough and there was a bacteria that prevented the rapid growth I'm use to. 6-10 days.

Someone did mention cleaning the hell out of it, bacteria might be the cause. I'm like you I have some that rooted or are rooting (cuts came at different days) and other soggy ones. I'm ok as long as 1 cut per strain takes off!!!
