Cloning question

Can you take multiple clones from the same shoot? Like if I had a shoot with 4 nodes and I wanted to take one cut from below the 3rd node, and the other cut from the base.

yes you can, if it is green and has leaves it will grow.

you can cut almost any part of the plant to clone it. I've even taken a clone from one mother and spliced it into another mother to save space....
