Cloning question-helpp

i have 2 mother plants that i chopped down yesterday and yes i know its stupid but it was because i had to much going on..I was wondering if i can possibly still take cuttings? The tops are still green still has juice in them is it ok?? Thanks guys

If not wilted yes.

The thing is they are wiltered before I cut them because I didn't water them..
