Cloning Problems

HELP! i have a mother plant that i have re-grown from a plant I cropped some 3 months ago -

Although she is lush and growing well, and am unable to clone her properly.

I have read all the tips and am convinced that i am getting it right in terms if cutting, using clonex and propergtor ect.... I just cant get them to root!!!!

After about 7 days, the stems thicken and go hard, whilst inserted into the grwing medium, and then they slowly turn yello and die. - o root growth at all

I usually cut about 6 at time - put them in the propegator and place them, in with mother plant and keep them regularly misted with water.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG - IS IT ENVIRONMENTAL OR IS IT DUE TO THE PLANT BEING RE-VEGGED?? - CHEERS

Are you using a humidity dome? Are you pre-soaking the medium with pH'd water only, no nutes?

Is the medium constantly soaked? It shouldn't be. You want them to dry out a bit to encourage root growth. You may be misting them too much as well. 75 degrees shouldn't be a problem. Any pictures?

Have you tried a bubble cloner? I was having some trouble with cloning a couple of plants, and a home made cloner did the trick. There are plenty of tutorials on how to make one in the Do It Yourself forum. Also clone roots need to be kept warm. 75 may be too low. Mine are rooting at about 85. And 24 hours of indirect light.
