Cloning problem anything helps

New to this forums I just need some advice or help with my cloning
Am starting to clone my plants, I build a small room for cloning temperature control with fan to circulate air so am been trying to clone bit for some reason I only getting like 10% success on cloning I have been watching and reading about cloning my temp on the room trying it always between 75 and 80 dc. At first try to do a basquet of 50 clones with the dome out of those 50 only got like 9 rooted the rest were dying little by little some they got sad other they got brow steam and other the leafs were got rotten the ph water I use for it it was 5.8 so I decided to do it with out the dome same result plants got sad and die brown stem to just this time no rotten on the leaft and also out of 50 clones only like 10 or 11 got roots what you guys recommend with dome or with out dome and w hat can I do tk fix those problems

Thank you

I used to do aeroponic cloning but I switched to rockwool cubes. I soak the cubes in pH'd water, cut, dip on rooting hormone, and I mist the leaves with a spray bottle of water.

I use a dome, and keep the vents closed for the first 3-4 days and then crack it slightly. I spray the cubes themselves with the water spray bottle too if they show signs of drying.

Try to take cuts close to the bottom of plants where concentration of rooting hormone is higher, make sure you're using a sharp, clean blade and sterilize it between cuts with something like alcohol or peroxide.

One trick to cloning I use is not feeding my plant a week before taking cuts
If it is too well fed the leaves just yellow sooner and it takes longer for roots to appear
Glass Joes method seems sound but my preference is aero

I sterilized everything even the dome with peroxide that how I did it the first time witht the dome and the leafs start to getting rotten and they got brow stem too so they just dye so you think am putting to many clones in one dome

Next time I'll try to load apic how about the sadness of the clones in dome I can understand with out the dome but not with the dome

Stems brown often just before popping roots

I suspect you didn't wait the necessary length of time and fiddled with cuts a bit too frequently
Typical wait is up to three weeks and If I were you I would lower those temps and less light

So much faster and usually great roots. Use a timer instead of constant pump running.

The temp its between thw 75 and 80 am using a t5 light and it's like 19 inches above the dome

I like aero cloners also but I also like a pot of coco depending on the number of clones.

Cut your clones longer than you need, strip the leafs etc cut the end at 45 then push 2-3" into watered coco and into a high humidity75/80% around 24c.
I don't spray or owt once they've been cut they are left to do their thing.

Best of luck.

I set my clones in the corner of a 68 degree room with only ambient light
Ok i see I was just going on what I have read about cloning and watching videos of cloning that's why I was putting that temp. And using t5 light cas that what they recommend am going to try the 68 degrees room with the ambien light if you got any other advice I can use please let me know
Thanks
