youtube has some vids to give u an idea..
Do you guys keep your lights on 24/0 over your clones? For some reason this is what I've been doing. Just two healthy looking clones (close to two weeks since cut) under a 26w 6500k cfl running 24/7.

Yeah i went in the dome after i figued out my leaves were to dam big about a day after i cut them then snipped some leaves, since then only about 7 have made it out of 40 (shittyyyyyy) total i only needed 15 to go through but theres good ohh trial and error untill ya get it.
ive herd that they grow alot during the dark but thats from 3 of the 9 videos ive watched, ive got my ladies under 24. yeah im attempting another set of clones tomorrow about 20, hopefully they all make it so i can get that good ohhhh green sea hoe! Then start up another house in about 4 months then clone 40 every two weeks baby. but we'll see what 2morrow brings.

well one thing no one has mentioned don't touch them at all after cut..you left a bit to much leaf only two large fans with the tips cut..are you cutting then dipping in clone solution or resting in water within moments of taking cuts if not they could all have air bubbles...to much foliage is a bad thing but cutting on them after they where already cut way killed any chance of them powering through it all..imo..i take 200 cuts every two weeks ,i've used every machine cube method you can think of and the one i trust tried and true for almost 100% root every time is rapid root and a heat mat with olivias gel, i keep the mat at 80* and the room temp at 70* that ten degree dif means the world! i root in three days four max transplant six..i keep my RH at no lower than 85% and NEVER let them dry out..rapid root is designed to let in air while staying soaked..let your cubes soak in ph'd water for at least 24hrs..many dif ways this works well for me..hope it helped some..

Dam you root in three days?! you clone200 in every two weeks??? Nice! I hope to get that big, thats the soonest ive herd yet, post a couple pics up im interested in your grow op.,

I got a question... If you want 50 clones to successfully make it to veg. how many do you cut for just in case some die?

This time around i snipped the leaves before i even took them off the mother, then i cut them off of the mother then made a 45 degree angle cut under water then dipped them in the clone x, I then sprayed them lightly and the dome. At this point it seems ive done every thing i can for the next 3 days or so. I hear the first 3-5 days are the most crucial, is there any thing i can keep in mind?
her is my next batch of ladies just cut 3 hours ago, the ones that are standing up is the survivors of the first try (which is 7out of 40) the rest are the frsh cut ones today. ... Round 2

ha sorry for the late reply and thanks for the rep..if i need 50 il take 60/70 just to be safe..i also do all of my trimming prior to cutting..i cut at an angle as well but then i carefully peel down the skin from the nearest leaf or node just the skin don't go to deep..this opens up a larger area for roots to develop..making sure all exposed are get coated with the gel..make sure not to bend the stems while pushing into cubes..i also mist after placed in cubes..i made a plastic tent like thing so i can spray without lifting all the way as to keep the Rh above 80 but you can cut a nozzle size hole in the middle and mist that way..any extra clones that survived can be saved up for a larger grow, sold or made into new mothers..ya im neck deep in clones but a lil under half go elsewhere..im setting up a vertical sog il shoot you a link when im up and going..once again hope that helps...oh ha ha mama=female grower

wow my clones suck dick! I cant believe another set of clones gone. I think ill try 1 more time before i invest into an actual clone machine. well any one got any sugg. on clone machines that root easily and that pretty self efficient and tell me why and tell me your experiences. Looking forward to hear whats up.

First let me say that I'm new and still getting questions answered myself (thanks mamaape for the info on temp). But I noticed that no one has asked you about your lights.

Personally I've only ever cloned in FL and I guess it must be the perfect climate down there because all I'd to is clip a single node at an angle, stick it in dirt, & water. More than 80% made it. This is going to be a whole new game now though since the humidity is usually around 20% here.

The lights are important though, clippings can't handle a 400w bulb. What are you using?

I gave up on the rockwool and went with solo cup with saran wrap on top and also dont spray the clone itself but spray the sides of the cup or humidity dome if your gonna use it. In the end solo cups with the saran wrap kept them just right and rooted without rotting first. Good luck looking good now

T5 ho 54 watt tube light (4 tubes)... how far do i put those away from the clones? wow i cant believe im having this much trouble with cloning, my team and i have built this house from the ground up, with no experience in this game but smoking and slanging a lil bit but now i run into the last step before we can expand. This is nerv racking but ill get it, thanks for all your input.
Yeah but how far should i place those lights away? i was told 1 foot then just lately i was told 2 in.!? that could be contributing to my lack of success rate.
Ohh yeah turkeys bomb

I've been told to put them as close as you can without touching, but with a dome you don't have to worry about touching. If you've had them at a foot then definately move them as close as you can and see how it works. If it's not working you'll know in an hour or two and you should back them away an inch or two max.

Also, make sure you're using Daylight (5,000 to 6,500 Kelvin) or Soft White (2,700 to 3,000 Kelvin). Daylight is best but Soft White works better than anything between 3,000 & 5,000 Kelvin. From what I've read these plants don't even see the light spectrum in that range (3k to 5k)

So ive switched up a few things since my first trial. The changes ive made from my first try to my second attempt was less folidge and not as much spraying down (i still kept the rockwool and the distance between the light to the clones which was about 1 foot).

My third attempt (which i just finished 5 mins ago), i decided to go with the medium i seeded with originally 2 months ago... super plugs, i honesty don't prefer them but my germination rate was much better than with rockwool, why i don't get excited about them i don't have a clue but so far they've done me nicely. The second thing ive changed is the distance from the light to the clones, there now about 4 in. away. I feel really good about this run and if anyone has experience with my set up im all ears, i only need to know about...
1. how often should i water
2. how often should i mist
3. how often and how long should i give them fresh air

Only give advice if you've had this same set up or something close to it! if you still want to say something tell me the difference between our different tech techniques. Here's some pics i just cut now 10 mins ago
