cloning in 12/12

When I used to grow bag seeds of un known gender as soon as they had a branch big enough to clone, I'd cut a clone of the plant in 20/4 light cycle and throw it in a cab 12/12 to determine sex. Most would show sex before rooting but some would root. Very doable.

That was my plan but I ended up switching the lights to flower and start budding and go from there. I'll post a pic of the mother and her two clones.

2 weeks into flower. Was supposed to be a solo cup cfl grow but the plant wasn't having the small cup... clones are 3 days old straight 12/12, still not rooted(as they still spin very easy in their hole) but they look as good as the first day I took them.

Just a update for you guys.

I just transplated them to solo cups from these little solo cup shot glasses.

The roots were rounding the bottom of the cups and looking hungry.

So if people say you can't root clones in 12/12... you can!

I used pure coco packed pretty tight around the stem...pure perlite sucked.

Anyway, if you have questions...
