Cloning help

hey,
Im about to start my second grow now that my first is flowering. I made myself a pretty large grow box that i am not fully utilizing, but i have 75 watts of t5 lights that i am going to upgrade to 125 or possibly 150 later. Anyways, i have no idea how to clone and I looked up stuff on here and online and tried my best. Let me know what im doing wrong i have four in rockwool and 1 in soil, all five are wilted and its been almost 2 and a half days since i cut them. Tell me what to do with rockwool, as you can see they are sitting in a bowl and i poured fresh water on them today to change the water. am i supposed to squeeze the rockwool so its tight? anyone who knows cloning tell me what to do so i can have replicas of my kush plants. heres pics of the wilted clones and where they came from.

Anyway dude you're using too much light, too much water, need a humidity dome and never squeeze the rockwool. Here's a step by step tutorial on cloning - it should help!

dude you have to cut more leaves off, without roots, the plants cant supply enough water

im a weed vampire, if i dont smoke i kill! thanx for the link i have been looking. Good thought about the leaves i didnt think it would need to support them, ill cut em off.
