Hi Guys,

If i have a mother plant (Fem)
Can i clone it and then from the Clone - Can i clone again?
Basically - can i clone from a clone?

Im asking this as im worried my Mother plant dies at some point and then i could make a new mother plant using one of her clones.

Thanks!

Heard before you can clone off a clone upto 4/5 generations, not sure the research behind this though

On the Grow Tube Round Table. Vader from Ocean Grown says you can keep cloning indefinitely as long as you keep the plants healthy.

My own research shows there's no problem.
I've a Sensi Star plant coming up to 11 years old and there's plenty more people with plants a lot older than this.
Not just about age, but clone of a clone of a clone of a clone. Cant see a problem anyway really as long as the plant was worth cloning in the first place

Thanks Guys,
Im buying some decent Fem Seeds and i dont want to have to keep buying seeds.
Id like to just keep Mother plants and use those instead and save myself the money.
