Clones with red on stems help

Im using an ez cloner they have been in about 5 days rez tem 72-75 clonex in rez 5ml per liter cloning gel and rez clear running under a t5 about 12in away room temp is 70 ph is 5.9 in ro water ec is 1.0 and ppm is 520. never done these strains don't know if stems are supposed to be this color. no roots showing yet. took them from flower 4weeks in had to because of count limits in my state. i know i could have done another method earlier in flower but didn't. i want to know if its normal or should i be worried. they aren't red just purple.... One plant looks really dark purple but its the camera shot..Thanks for any help
