A few questions must be answered before anyone can give you an answer to your question. Typically when you are rooting clones it is just developing roots. Depending on how you are rooting them, rockwool, peat pellets, hydro ie; ez-cloner, stem in a glass of water? ( don't laugh lol I'v done it and it works). etc...etc... What are you feeding the clones and at what strength? what type of lighting are you using? Now the quick answer to your question is to plant them and follow a proper nutrient schedule then watch them grow. I had 2 foot clones in my ez-cloner. After they established a good root zone I added the proper "grow" nutrients and gradually increased light intensity. Eventually I had to cut them back a couple of times because they were getting too big and I wasn't ready to plant them.

Yea, there's a lot of missing info here.
When you say 'clones' are you saying that they are still in rockwool (or whatever) cubes?
If so, they won't grow (much).
IF they in cubes, and you see lots of pretty white roots ... get em in medium. Feed with 1/4 strength nutes for first week. Maybe roll those cubes in mico and do first watering with molasses when you plant them.
Watch em grow.

using a DIY aeroponic system with a neoprene collar, i fed them nuts when i saw decent roots using GH Flora trio, followed instructions for seedling and cuttings that are on charts, they are all small clones about 4-5 inches tall. We got hit with big cold days over here so i basically had to shut off my inline fan because i was losing all my hot air from lamp and im still looking for a small heater with adjustable thermostat, so temperatures are basically 67F with 60-70%RH with not much air circulation from outside the grow room, i have osc fan in grow room but not much air leaving or coming in. For the lights im using a 400 watt mh but they are not directly under it since my mother plant is growing under.

You could raise the light on the mother, gives the clones a little more.I dont think thats enough roots to feed, but they should triple in size in 36 hours or so.Just keep the water from getting warm.

I guess ill wait but i started them about 2 weeks ago, just seems to be taking for ever for them to take off and the mother plant is just out of control. I was waiting for them to grow a bit to start budding my clones + mother plant because she is already almost 1M square and my grow room is only 2.5m in height and ive heard they can almost gain double in height during flowering period.

Patience grasshopper, another day or two and you can movve everything closer together so the clones can get more light. You can always add but you cant take away so dont be in a hurry.

Do yourself a favor and ditch that design. You want the water to be able to spray the cuts without that net-pot getting in the way. Just cut the foam collar to the size of the hole and put them in bare next time.
