after ABOUT a week they have roots kiddo
LOL so does every clone worldwide root in about a week? try growing in cold areas.
You can say I'm wrong but you obviously are very ignorant so that's OK.
Maybe you should read a thing or 2 instead of making yourself look like a tool

Well, LOL, the clones aré pretty established as far as roots and imo very healthy. I have a g13 white widow topped and lst. Have a jilly bean topped and lst also.and a vortex that might outgrow my space if they dont flower soon. They were all cut from females not worried about sex. They have even been fed a little Fox farm open sesame, so to me i think i fucked up by waking them. Going to be a little smarter and careful throughout the rest of grow

Sometimes my clones get to a desired height before they want to flower and that sometimes takes about 3 weeks.

search the threads dickhead there are plenty here and elsewhere. I'm not gonna waste my time finding proof for ya, its not hard to find.
If you read my first post it was mainly about saying the OP was letting light in which he later agreed to.
I didn't start getting pissy n saying "Master" this n bitch that until whatshis name did.

Gaztron is talking about taking a clone and flowering it until it shows a pistil or a sac. The plant will show sex without a developed root system, however it won't go into full flower without a root system. All he is looking for is a white hair or a sac and then the clone is thrown away. I've done this multiple times and when I pull the clone up it has no roots. A plant can feed itself through it's leaves in certain situations, and can support the plant until it shows sex. Clones actually will show sex quite quickly in my experience, I believe it's a last ditch effort to reproduce by diverting all of it's hormones and nutrients into building flowers providing the light period is right.

Exactly.
I have had them grow roots before but just stumpy ones.

Yes non rooted clone will continue to grow and even faster in intense light, but it's easier to just see if you have calyxes or not since most plants will reach maturity at 6 weeks
I think cutting a clone to see pistils is a waste of time and plant when males tend to not branch as much and sometimes at all and even if it would,it be around the time of maturity
where calyx and staminate can be easily differentiated.

I never tried to clone a male,i never had a male that actually gave me branches in a veg state to do so,i think the easiest way to spot a good female to clone before flowers is to spot
a plant that has many branches growing(the bottom branches being the longest),but some females will branch out slower.

The point of doing it is so you don't have to wait 6 weeks to find out if you have males.
It isn't always so easy to pick males from females early, certain strains maybe it's easier but from my experience they often look to similar to be sure so taking the bottom 2 branches (which I would anyway) to find the sex isn't a waste of time imo
