Can you take a clone off a plant that is in the last week or two of flowering or so?

When is the optimum time to take a clone anyway?

you should revert your best plant under 24hrs of light and when it sends out new shoots clone them.

Some say you can clone in flower, but they are showing off, truth is veg is the time to clone.

Thats what I figured. I never really even thought I should clone one of my plants until just the last day or so.

well you could try but it will take forever and a half to revert. best bet would be to harvest and regenerate ur plant, veg it, take clones and than flower her again.
everyone will have a diff opinion on when to take clones but generally you want the plant mature enough-4-7 nodes and take them from the oldest lower branches that will root the quickest

dont wait too long to revert, and when you do be careful not to over water. The plants will basically not grow or use any water while they make the switch back to veg. Genetics are everything, if you like this one save it.

or u can clone in veg a week or so before u want to flower and find out the sex, its good to clone then sex check them, and if female have fun and keep cloning sog!! :]

awry has the right idea, but its too late for the best advice now. Next time do what awry says, I have lost good genetics do to not following this advice, its so sad.
