Remove those that have roots from the dome. Don't mist them any more. Slowly acclimatise them to the light.
P.s. Nice one, IMO, cloning is the hardest part of growing. Even now, I consider myself lucky to get 75% success.

alright thanks some things I was reading was saying to leave them in till it has a good root system the roots I have right now just look like a tap root from a seed

You are more likely to get damping off disease (stem rot) with the dome on. Also, it won't start growing (no Co2).

I only leave dome on 7 days roots or not...
Agree with above /\... Mist soil, no over water, no under water...
I start nutes, after 7 days and dome off 25 % strength... week two

50% week three...
Transplant then if rooted goodup dosage....
and Good Luck!

Personally, I'm going to give up on cloning the standard way. I'm in a flood/drain table and i'm going to try 'layering' instead. Partly to keep plant numbers down as much as possible.

thanks guys I just put the clones in some soil one was in a root shooter the other a mix of soil perlite and vermiculite hope that was a good move??

i usually wait untill a bunch of roots are poking through my rapid rooter plug before i pput in soil. But as long as you have roots it should be good. Sometimes clones dont take to transplanting well and will die afterwards, this is why they say to wait for a nice root system

this is about bare min on roots, dosent hurt to let the system develop more.

i wouldn't even bother with nutes, especially if they are going into fresh soil......the soil will have all they need to get going.

do you think I should pull them out of the soil I just planted them or will that do more harm than good

at this point I think it would do more harm, more movement/ being fucked with more stress. I wasnt able to root a clone until I stuck a bottle over it and left it the fuck alone for a week on my third attempt. So I'd say now that they are in dirt leave them there

leave em alone, itll take another week for the roots to really take off then it will start to have new growth. once you see new growth youre pretty much set and youve got yourself a new clone.

I've always put mine straight into hydro or larger coco cubes (the 3" ones that come in a 'tea bag' type material and swell up when watered) as soon as i see roots (running on the theory that roots hate light). Never lost one yet (once roots have shown). Also, the need for vermiculite is questionable depending upon your environment. It's really to increase humidity (aim for about 65% rh once rooted/out of the dome).

I leave my dome on new clones until they have a strong root system established - which usually occurs when they've hit the top of the 7" dome. I have a 100% success rate; though I've only propagated about 25 clones in my lifetime. After throwing them into my Jiffy-7 Pellets, I treat them identical to seedlings. You can also breathe into your dome once in a while if you're worried about CO2; I guess my room's airflow is good enough for this not to be an issue. Ummmmmmm.... I dunno, I don't find rooting that difficult. The hardest part of the grow for me is staring at beautiful curing nugs stuffed to the brim of a glass jar and not smoking them...
