Clones from a flowering plant =( HELP

Hey all, a friend gave us four clones, they have been in our little 4 gallon dwc system for about a week or so, under a 400w mh and just started using 1/4 strength canna aqua vega about 3 days ago, 18/6 lighting. Problem is he just told me they came off of plants that just started flowering. So the one is doing great growing like crazy. I think 2 of them won't make it because the one had some new root growth the other day and now looks like crap and the other one isn't doing shit lol The other plant is growing but its only like 2 or 3 inches tall and has shown pistils and some are already turning orange..weird. My concern is should I keep the one or two that are doing okay? Should I just let them go and see what happens? My experience has always been good with clones, but they have never done this before, should I just pitch them ? Thanks a bunch! =)

Will that help? I read a study they did in Holland where they grew the same strain and kept the lights on for 24, 20/4, 18/6 and all the results were the same. Figured I would save some electricity lol

Just for like a week so they revert back to veg, then you can go to 18 on and 6 off.. But it's funny you say that cause I was just reading an article in hightimes that states its actually more efficient to leave them on 24. You get like 30% more growth, but that's a different thread

ya need to get them in a chamber to build so mositure and humidity; so they will perk up again-do not over water ther clones/ the roots needs to breathe and grow.plastic clear conatiner100_6322.jpg

I was thinking about getting a humidity dome because my friend has like 6 of the same growing but they are in coco and he has a humidity dome and they look better than ours. We have 2 large airstones in a 4 gallon dwc, so they are getting a ton of O2. I will run out and grab one of those because it's not very humid in the room they're in Thanks!! =)

plastic wrap over it...
and once you get then going again more light will convert them back to veg- a lot of stress for the thing so be patient.

i cloned some popcorn bud off a plant last grow, the clone looked retarded, more like basil until you flower them. then you see the weed leaves and buddage.. but i kept my light schedule under 24, 18/6 might be different

If the clones are still trying to root you need a dome!!! Ifn they have already rooted that is fine no dome need. When you first cut a clone a dome is needed and 24 hours of light only for the first week if you choose...otherwise the plants do need to sleep like you and me.-

And...trying to clone a plant that started to flower is dificult, but can be done 50/50 chance- you are try to veg it when it has been trgger to flower and die.

from my experience taking clones from flower works jus takes longer for it to switch back. At first the plant growth maybe mutated slightly, but they normally grow out of the mutant state into huge healthy plants.

They are rooted, but one looks great and the other 3 look like they're stunted or something. I've got the humidifier running and they look much better already, just not sure about the one tiny plant with pistils already lol Thanks for the advice everyone =)
