Clones..First Time and All Dying

Atleast, in my state, they want to give out fresh clippings because it doesn't put them over thier plant limits. They were even charging like 20 for 2 cuts, asked you to bring ice to transport, ect. So basicly a cut in a baggie. I live good 3 hrs away from any of these places and with 100 temps comming I wonder what the odds would be getting one home and rooted. Sounded to risky for me...
