cloneing question

i cloned some of my ak48 plants do i remove the fan leaves from the plant where i took the clones from.? i know more clones can be taken later from there but im just going to put them in to flowering now so would it be good to get red of the fan leaves there?

I plan my clones 3-4 days in advance. Leaf removal, bending, etc. is all done before the cut.
Increases percentage pretty good.

even the lower ones. would it help increase flowering on top if im going 12\12 and there is nothing down there except the fan leaf

Think I misunderstood the question.
Thought OP was taking clones. Now that I re-read it,, sounds like he already did and asking about removing leaves from the mother, not clones.

I withdraw my comment.

Don't nd to cut off ANY leaves. I only trim or shape cut while my fifi's are in a veg state ONLY. That'll give 'em a chance to grow back and get strength. Cutting too many leaves off or takin' too many clones at once can shock a plant.
