Clone not rooting but still flowering

had 4 clones on the 4th of oct. all were cut off of 3-4 week flowering mother.. instead of growing roots they are still flowering and producing new growth and trichs.
diy aeroponics
used rooting powder but thats it
tap water low ppm
no nutrients or other goodies
lights are 2 4' flor. both with 1 6500k and 1 2700k their kept about 1 and 1/2 feet off plant.. 20 on 4 off
cut is looking like it got bruised little bit of brown in places by cut stem is still firm though leaves are a good vibrant green
any ideas what could be going on?
i belive this is a sativa i dunno just saying that due to flower time of mother was told it was bubalicious but i have no idea if thats 100%

I'm not sure how they're going to turn out as I've never cloned a plant that far along in flower. That being said, it's only been 11 days...could take a bit longer. Have you checked the temps of the water in your cloner? High temps in aero cloners tend to stall root production. Good Luck!

water temps never exceed 78 due to it being cold and having a heater in their i put a small 10 gallon heater in my 30 gal res so my guess is the temp is between 70-75 a little high prolly but ive had no problem with other strains and this setup.. im not sure why it continued to flower as much as it did.. i started with just a few pistols on the clone now their are 3 full on bud sites and more coming.. plants look healthy so im not sure what going on.. leafs look good no yellowing or anything along those lines there just continuing to grow but no roots.

Started thrning pump on and off and clones rooted seemed 2 b they were getting enougb of what they needed througb stem?
