Clipping...

I was wondering when it is best to clip the top....It is suppose to make the plant fan out or grow short instead of tall...can i get some input here

it makes the growth hormones shift to the lower branches making it grow more wide and bushy. also splits the main cola so you get 2 big budds on top! best time to do it is probly 2 weeks befor flowering.
just snip the top little budd looking thing.
