Clear rolling papers

So while surfing through my newly bought High Times, I came across a LOT of ads for these new clear rolling papers. They are made out of plant cellulose.(sp?) They are odorless and tasteless. One of the manuf. of them won at the recent Cannabis Cup. Aleda i think it was... Just wondering if anyone has seen them or better yet, used them. I am curious as to how they burn and what not. My local habib gas station is gonna order some for me.

Ah, they aint really all that new. (Clear Rolling Papers-Toke N Talk-Growing Marijuana) they taste diferent than paper, but u can taste em a little. no smell tho. i think they make ugly joints

they actually have no gum on them also, they really basically roll themselves because they pretty much stick to anything, so as soon as you get the bottom half started it just sticks.......... ugly?? never. they roll up perfect and there IS the same taste and smell of regular papers I bought some of the ones labelled "trip" they are also in "high times"

the only reason why i buy those papers, they simply don't run. on a side note it does bring a little of the taste out, but if all you want is taste, then use a pipe.

I like em...

I have em, its a novelty is all. seeing the herb as you smoke, its kinda fun. although I prefer regualr old papers still, maybe I'm just an old fart set in his ways, who knows.

the only problem I get from them is that they curl over at then end where ya lick'em to stick'em.......but it could just be that I use a roller

been using them for a couple months now. i never even realized that. they DON'T run. hhhmmm.

I like them.. kinda expensive though.

you shouldn't need to lick them at all

I dig em... very light taste, less noticable then paper to me.
they are easier to roll with also since the paper is harder to rip. If you leave a little stem in the mix, it wont poke through the paper easily.

First time i saw these were in A'dam. I rolled up some Pure power plant with a few chunks of Morrocan caramello hash inside. very fun to watch the hash evaporate inside the cannabis.

Back on topic - Aleda papers are decent - stop at a head shop and grab a pack for $3, or if you live in the boonies, order em off Ebay for about $5 a pack including shipping.

I rather roll mines in a montecristo cigar....

These are dope. I bought a king-sized pack and been smoking it for a bit now. One time I licked a kingsized rollie and stuck another onto it for a 2 rollie blunt. I rolled up 3.5 grams and smoke it with some buddies. GOOD SHIT

maybe its the brand i got, "smokin clean" blueberry 'jelly wraps'.

Wow I totally agree. I have only tried them a few times and maybe I bought a cheap brand but they didn't burn right. It seemed like it was melting and not burning. But I haven't t tried very many.
