clear/coudy trichomes but all white hairs!

I have three nice ladies that were grown outdoor until flower. Now they are nearing week 8 of the flower cycle. I have the RS 60-100x microscope and my trichomes are mostly cloudy, but some are starting to turn amber. The strange part is all of my hairs are still very white! I feel I am so close, but i have read that the hairs always turn red.

All these ladies have ever been fed is water and molasses since they started to flower. I know it's crazy, but i am sure i have produced some high grade dank with no nutes at all.

What is your opinion?!
will the hairs turn colors in the next 7-10 days?
there is some significant leaf burn on the tips of some cola's, but the buds still look healthy.

I am paying close attention to the trich development, but I'm REALLY stumped with the hairs.

well the trichs are whats important....if its like you say it is I would expect the hairs to start changing pretty soon. Ive harvested while there was still a lot of white hairs, but usually when its ready youd expect it to have more red hairs

Ive heard of white strains wher the hairs never turn and you have to go by the trichomes. If the trichomes are going dark then u know u gotta harvest. Their are so many whote strains i read about maybe u got one, i am not sure if this exactly right but i have read about them. Whay is yut strain called and if it is bagseed what did they do, u musta sen the buds, were they full of red hairs. Look at some weed pics of seed comapnys i seen some all white ones that look like yur cell phone.

Eharmony420 is spot on! The hairs are only a good way of guessing and mean NOTHING as to how far a long a plant is. The Triches are what matters. Look at pictures of "White Widow" or "Ice" plants. Those hairs NEVER turn yellow or brown, and if you waited for them to turn your plant would be ready for one thing, the trash. Cut it down. Who knows, maybe they'll turn brown when it's dry.
