It's fine, alcohol has a lower boiling point than water, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and it will be fine... plus there's no open flame
hmm,, but the flash point of iso is 54 degrees F.. i wouldnt trust it in the nuke anyway... maybe a low wattage nuke like 600 watts but anything microwave over 800watts i would be sketchy

Hey listen here! Salt and rubbing alcohol only works for so long. Eventually (even with epsom salt) it will leave a small amount of "wear and tear" on the inside of your bong. I don't suggest using anything solid on the inside of a bong (salt, grains, pebbles) etc. I used to clean my bong obsessively with 91% rubbing alcohol and epsom salt. Now the bong seems to have a permanent resin mark where the water line usually is. Doing this over and over eventually takes away the smoothness of the glass on the inside of your bong. You dont want this to happen. This sucks cuz resin sticks to it easier and it gets dirty 10x faster. My suggestion is to use only liquids. ok now, why i dont suggest OxiClean.. It takes a pretty long time (5 minutes) for it to actually work. it does work well don't get me wrong. The only problem i have is that I cant get the damn stuff off my hands. It leaves something that feels like the worlds slickest lubricant and i cant even wash it away with soap. I soaped my bong out and even used a high pressure garden hose for about 10 minutes just to get it out. oxiclean leaves A MICRO SLICK!! i washed my hands twice with mad soap and they still feel slippery (you dont want that your bong trust me) Basically What im trying to say is that oxiclean doesn't completely wash out. I think im gonna go grab some spray nine as some other guy mentioned and see how that works

DO NOT BOIL RUBBING ALCOHOL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

YOU. WILL. HAVE. FIRE.

KEEP THE TEMPERATURES VERY LOW, I.E. USE WARM WARM WARM ALCOHOL.
