Water for the pollen, 10% bleach if you have any concerns about mold , then rinse with water.

only use this if room is void of any plants . you do not want over spray on any plants .
if you still have plants , just use water .
If you can , I would take plants out of room and scrub the room a couple of times and spray the plants with a water bottle . Also wipe down the fans .

I actually use a Big Bottle of WINDEX ( ammonia ) with plants out. It cleans the reflective mylar or white wall surfaces well.
Cut your fans ... Pull the lower tent pan ... Spray the vents .... Wipe ... Repeat.

It has helped kill and control bug issues too.

I didnt think pollen was viable for very long, once it drys its dead. I could be wrong but ive never worried about it.
