It looks to me like chronic overwatering. Its very green but doesnt look way out of whack. Needs to dry out and rebuild its root system so it can get the O2 it needs to be healthy again.

i got a plant similar to that outside in the ground , i amended the soil with crab shell kelp meal and worm castings , i lightened up some mushroom composted soil with big chunky perlite . the plant is a bag seed my buddy brought over as cutting from some shit he got called it lemon pound cake . so i don't completely know what the fuck it is to be honest he's a dude that thrives on hype . he can't hunt to save his life
