Clairvoyance?

Do any of you have it?

I have always thought it was complete bullshit to see into the future. My mom would go to one and I always thought it was really weird. I thought that the woman was exchanging stories for money. Why wouldn't they pick the lotto numbers - right?

After all I believe in causality - you are who and where you are today because of the culmination of every decision / choice / action / inaction you have ever done. So predicting the future is something that I cannot reconcile.

So recently (last few weeks) I have had a few dreams that have turned out to be 100% accurate. Which is doubly weird because I usually dont remember my dreams.

The first one was about Lady GaGa. If you know anything about me - you know that I could give two shits about her. I had a dream that she got ill and had to cancel 4 shows. When I woke up I told my wife that I had the strangest dream and told her about it. 5 days later - she got ill and canceled 4 shows.

I also had a dream about the Jets Chargers game before the Jets beat the Bengals to advance. All I remembered when I woke up was the final score - but when I was watching the game it was like I had seen it before. I knew when the kicker was going to miss the field goal, I knew the next play before it happened. It was REALLY strange.

There were a few others.

Now I am pretty sure these are odd coincidences; but it is intriguing. Now if only I could dream of the lotto numbers I would be set.

everybody iv talked to has had that same experience, dreams come back to be true, even if its just a faint glimpse of something... but its all just a coincidence, so the gov./media says

It seems some of us, myself included get such unusual and random precognition from time to time. I usually get it brief but strong over a short period including future dreams, dreams with a meaning and dejavu etc.

I imagine people only see what is to come for something necasary (just made my first hash, loosing spelling skills alittle) to help their being, not just monetary. Your scenarios however sound quite random and if you're predicting game scores, maybe you'll see the jackpot.

Yeah, it was weird because I had all of the dreams withing a 1 week period. All very clear, easy to recall, materializing, and then nothing. I haven't even remembered my dreams since that span. What is weird is that it was the most random shit. No rhyme or reason, not under the influence of ANY drugs. I would have easily written it off if these dreams happened over a greater span. or werent as clear. It was like I woke up every day with a dream that was clear and whatever happened in my dreams happened precisely as I had envisioned within 2 weeks.

I won't cross my fingers on being a swami anytime soon. But I'll tell you that I have no problem profiting from this if possible. LOL I hope to have more of these dreams even if they are a "coincidence;" they are kind of fun.

I have had it happen several times. The first time I had a dream that my sister had a miscarriage. the next morning the phone rang. the second time I had a dream that my neighbors house was on fire. When I woke up I went upstairs to make my morning coffee and the house next door to it was on fire. Then two weeks ago I had a random miscarriage about someone I worked with that had retired. I got a call a few days later that he got hit by a drunk driver and his wife was killed. Coincidence? I dont think so.

i think dreams can tell you alot, and can be very accurate, somtimes its hard to tell whats from your mind and what seems to be info coming in.
but as far as people being able to tell the future i think its possible but only by what events will most likely happen, your subconscious or pyche knows your future and some people can tap into that. but still the thing is that we all have freewill. you either allow things to happen or you take control.
kind of like the difference between prophecy and prediction.
predictions are usually followed by looking at data or a sort linear line of events, prophecies can actually change in different ways

We all are capable of it, its just a matter of learning how to tune your subconsious 'radio dial' to the right frequency.

I have dreams like that all the time. I agree with FlyLikeAnEagle, all of us are capable. I don't think seeing a glimpse of the future negates all of our choices, either - it just means, somewhere, you've already made the choices.
