Yeah I would seriously consider area51; nothing can be proved yet as it's new company, but they really impress me positively.. they disclosed very good info about what they use and what they know about commercial panels... I know now things I wouldn't know otherwise. I got a good feeling about this area51.

Back to cidly, first send 'em an email about what they have and the specs (efficiency of each nm, especially the whites)

I can than advice (and other folks too)

can he tell you all the whites options they have, and their lum flux from the specs? (don't know whether to trust that, but at least should give you which one's more efficient)

Right, if I was you:

1 royal blue
2 3700k
1 6000k
6/7 red 660 (if you must feel like IR, do 1 IR and 5/6 red 660 than)
4/5 red 630

I wouldn't bother with uv and ir, you get some from the whites and anyway if you really want to supplement uv you get do that way better with reptile bulb and you can do ir with a few 50w halogen.

That is me, some people will have different opinion for sure.

OK so the question now is what do i want for my 15 spots.
anyone else have anyinput outside jubiare as far as what leds to put in my 15spot pods to complete spectrum

I'd do 2-460nm 3-10000K and 2-630nm and 8-660nm, I just really like the EVO approach. I agree on not messing with UV/IR you can do it much cheaper with supplemental bulbs.

so actually to my knowledge there isnt a 100% answer on say you have a 15 led modular unit. Is having 4 660nm better then having 5 660nm for example. am i right? or is there a certain number someone has figured designed for marijuana only? like a certain set 15leds. no right cause not every manufacture uses 15leds in there pods? sorry if im sounding confusing. just trying to keep to date on things

I have been told by Sing Lee at Cidly that he has the following LED available:
Red: 620-630nm, 630-640nm, 640-650nm, 650-670nm
Blue: 420-430nm, 430-440nm, 440-450nm, 450-470nm
Orange: 610-615nm
White: 2700-4500K,4500-8000K,8000-12000K,12000-14000K

and some others which I think are useless
Green: 525nm <--wrong wavelength for beneficial green, can get beneficial green from WHITE LEDs
UV:380-400nm, 400-410nm <--wrong wavelengths for UVB. These are actualy UVA and NUV. UVB = 280-315nm
IR: 720-740nm, 850nm <-- I would only want to use IR during flowering phase, and even then at certain times only, ideally

so based on the above, here's my input for an all-around (minus UV and IR) Cidly 15-LED orb:

6 Red 650-670nm
4 Red 630nm
--- (i.e. 2 Red 620-630, 2 Red 630-640)
1 Orange 610-615nm
1 Blue 450-470nm
1 Blue 420-430nm
1 White ~6500K
--- (i.e. 1 White 4500-8000K)
1 White ~2700K
--- (i.e. 1 White 2700-4500K)

"Here are some pictures they sent to my email.. they also said they DO NOT make blackstars."

They probably have a contractual reason to say this. Blackstar offers 60degree model (?) as Cidly offers 90 & 120 degree models. This exclusivity must be in the contract also. To say the least the design is the same...
