Chronic Pain Management Strain Ideas

Hi I'm new to cannabis growing, hoping to manage my chronic pain. I've tried many treatments without lasting relief and decided to grow my own cannabis after researching its potential benefits.
I'm 43, love gardening, and have a bit of a green thumb. I have started a small indoor setup with a Blue Slush Fem strain. I'm looking for tips on the best strains for pain relief, indoor growing advice, and nutrient recommendations. Excited to learn and share with you all!

For pain management, a lot of people have recommended 88G13HP crosses, most notably - from the breeder Bodhi. There are a bunch of crosses, but the pure seed line can be found too. https://dcseedexchange.com/product/88-g-13-hashplant-12-regular-seeds/. I have a few crosses in my fridge, and my keeper/mom that helps my pain too. There is some controversy behind this strain because the original breeder asked that it only be given out freely for patients in need and never sold or released in pure form, but shit happens.

For years I've kept Durga Mata around. It's always been my best goto for pain. Mine co.es from a shattered lower spine and so.e knee surgeries. RSD is my nightmare and the Mata has always been kind. It's easy to grow and gives soil to top colas. The taste and smell is delightful.
