My grow is 4 Gorilla Glue autos in an RDWC 35 gallon res (29 gals nutes). Only one of the plants was ready to harvest, the others being at least two weeks out. The roots for the plant I harvested had grown into the roots for another plant and, try as I might, I couldn't get them untangled so I had to cut the roots off to get the plant out of the res. That means that I've got dead roots in the res.
I'm using HydroGuard and the res is at a constant 68°F so I'm hoping that will ward of any issues but hope is not a strategy. What issues could arise and what steps should I take, if any, to deal with them?
