Choosing a new light, need suggestions...

So I've got 2 complete grows under my belt, not many I know but I'm getting the hang of it and getting better/learning more.

I'm ready to upgrade to a better lighting system. Currently I've got this thing. It does the job pretty well but the bulbs are no name and have been used for quite a while now. It's also rather flimsy and the ceiling rig it came with sucks ass and isn't easy to modify/adjust.

So heres what I'm looking for...

• Well designed reflector with cooling fan. Only growing one plant at a time here.
• Decent hanging system included or easily made.
• Digital ballast. From what I've read they're easier on the bulb and run cooler.
• 400w

As for bulbs I plan to splurge and go with some hortilux bulbs.

I'm looking for PERSONAL experiences with equipment. I just don't trust dealers/manufacturers as much as people who've actually used the equipment.

The reason I would choose the Digilux over the Hortilux is that Hortilux are notorious for burning out quick on Digital Ballasts. Ushio are also great for digital ballasts, I'm using a Ushio myself.

I own that one. works great! ballast runs pretty cool

Im not sure if it comes with yo yo hangers anymore. but they were useless.. I just used a cord.. lol.

Size is about 40 sq ft. and I'm willing to spend $400-$500 on a complete setup (i.e. lamp, ballast, MH & HPS bulbs)

You can get you 2x600 watt digital hps from htg supply and be growing the dank
