Chipped stock!! Help!

On one of my plants one of the buds got very heavy over night and caused this to happen. This happened last week and the plant barely grew since. I tried to put it back with some molasses and support but i am very worried and i am considering to harvest already! Any help or advice on what should be done?

I didn't want to say anything.

That plant isn't going to grow any more in size. However, the buds will continue to ripen unless they start drying up and dying which kind of looks like what is happening now.

Yeah that's pretty rough.

I like to top my plant with a little stem still there...and if you ever get another split electrical tape works good to hold it back together. Never used molasses for wounds so I can't say anything about that. Good luck next batch.

If I were you ... I'd tape up the damage spot and prop up the limb. As well as any others that seem at risk of a similar fate ... then I'd ride it till the wheels fall off. Get as close to finished as possible. And in the meantime, get ready for grow number two where you learned from your mistakes and will get better results

I'd avoid cutting early as much as possible because that usually results in weed that tastes like hay and gives a shitty high

It will live but I'm going to be brutally honest here, those plants are fried and they look awful and the amount of hairs in pic 5 gave me the boak

I've heard of using molasses on wounds like you can with honey but I would have just taped it up. Whatever tape is handy will work.

I already waited 3 and a half months on theses bag seeds i will give them One more week and thats it because i got some auto seedlings and i need my grow tent with 20 hours of light. How long you think they need?

I've had a crack like that before and I immediately "taped " it together with some velcro.

Next time you top, top a little higher than right above the node so it leaves a little nub above them and it will harden that spot off nicer, and be less likely to crack where it did

If you only give them one more week those last 3 months were a waste as far as I'm concerned. Sorry man, those plants have 3+ weeks left, chop em now and all you'll have is some shitty bud. Hardest thing to learn as a new grower is patience.

What autos did you get? Autos tend to be light feeders, and considering how cooked your current plants look your going to want to go easy on the nutes next time around.
