Should be bottling on Friday. Usually I let the beer condition in the bottles for at least two weeks. So we will know in about 2 weeks.

And id have to go look for the rest. I dont know how much longer i am going to maintain the library. It takes too much time and my electricity bill was 240 bucks last month. It gets tough when the outside temperature tops 103 every stinking day for weeks on end. The whole thing inly uses about 140 watts of light, its the cooling that kills me.

Do you have a outdoor "Oyster" Garden as well Cann? The one's by me can get around 5" caps...People like to call em Elephant ears around here but that's not the case.

i had an oyster delivered to my old restaurant once,it was the size of a womans basket ball!..they can get huge...
