the plant is using up 1 quart 1 pint of water to fill it back to lvl ....so i am happy about the root zone is taken in alot ........i did add some open seasme to the quart i was pouring in (just a pinch)

looks like it is changing to flowering i will fallow the trans plan again this week .......odds are i will tweak some like always do....pic tomorrow on water change still get some white tips on the plant


? for u all i am pretty sure i have hard water (they are building houses in the area and drilling new wells ) they sell some Micro feed for hard water do u think i should give it a try

GH flora plan early bloom....AH root mass builder...Fox farms open seasme tea spoon...go box rooting /bloom 1 ml
height is just under 20 inches now

i gave it 1 gallon with of feed added to the water.......Flora plan early bloom/FF open seame /go box bloom rooting
confirmed female .......buds are starting to open up
oh the water use has increased to near a half gallon a day to refill to lvl ........the ph has been holding 5.7 to 6.2
water temps are at 70/68

note to system

the amount of water taken to top of the lvls keeps increasing .........the number of bud sites are still opening up .....i am seeing some red vein on the 2 upper lvls of the leaves
(guessing it is a Nitrogen as that was the decreased )

to test this i used open seame from fox farms tablespoon worth and added it into the system ...........the PH lvls have stopped raising and now are always in need of PHing UP now instead of down
day 41 .......pics tomorrow/height .............but come sunday that will be the only plant in the Flowering tent

looks like i got root slime issues i have increased the AN root mass builder and ordered something to correct the imbalance (so looks like the water is getting to warm )
feed plan was GH flora early bloom ...triple AN root mass builder .......1 teaspoon of ff open seame ......to make sure the AN has something to eat i used 1/8 cup of Big Bloom (removed all other organics)

the dark green and the size/thickness of the fan leaves is caused by the fact the light is LED (LED light will pass tho it more then a HID) it what gets u the depth into the plant to turn those fluffy buds into denser

water has turned into a half gallon aday now
the red vein has stopped creeping .........i order some of the Hard water Micro feed and combine in some fox farms tiger bloom /open seame /beastie bloom
half way tho the week i added 1 gallon of feed fallowing the GH flora plan mid bloom and tweaked it with some tiger bloom about 8 mls and a pinch of open/beastie too ....the hard water micro was used

the PH has changed the HydroGuard i been using about 6 mls of this each time i top off the system to help on the root slime .......since i started using this my PH lvls do not very that much 5.8 on staurday 6.3 sunday 6.2 monday(day i started) 5.8 tuesday 5.7wensday (today).......this is counter to what i am use too so the Hydroguard is the only new variable i have added

the weight and size of it should allow me to look one more time before it will be to risky to pull the basket out of the bucket .........i plan to look move the basket over to a 2nd bucket with some clean PHed water and some hydroguard do one last clean to the bucket and air stone .......after that i will block it up so i can drain the bucket with out doing that next time .currently have 14 inches before hits light lose 4 inches from the bucket stand leaves me 8 inches for it to grow and bud

i am happy the bud sites look good the size of it is controllable .........now to get the feed down during bloom ........if it keeps going this well moving to a RDWC permit ....this plant should pay for the full gear setup

do 4 single buckets for veggie and a RDWC 4 sight for flowering ( a water chiller is a must for me under flowering )

the roots are displacing half a gallon of water now (system is a 3 gallon)..........the root slime seems to have gone but my roots are a light brow color (this could be from big bloom or the floranation plus (it has carbon in it will stain skin for a short time)

i thought i had the red vein controlled i was wrong it is ever where with some other signs of feed needing to be tweaked ....... so i used the base GH flora plan for mid bloom ....i tweaked the grow to double the amount the flower got 4 extra mls.....i used a full scoop of beastie bloom ... 2 mls of calmag+ ...hydroguard 8 mls ......also used 2 mls of grow and 4 mls of bloom from the go box

at this point it is do or die for for the plant so i might fuck it up or make something really good at this point 50/50

like i said it was do or die time for the plant ........i am off plan and going on sheer trail and error method

my exp with this best was using the Rdwc plan ........given this i have adjust the feed to go back to it trying to reverse the red vein and bulk up .......I am not happy with it and as the temp raises it is looking like i started this project about 6 weeks to late (i do not have a cooling system for the water other then my method of chilling a gallon with a frozen water bottle ..but that requires u sitting there doing it i got to sleep) .....just fuck

so look like i might just be eating the plant try run it to the finish and then use it all for BHO or canna butter ..........no more hydro unless i have a room ( as in a 15x20x7 with ac and all the water cooling equipment)

well i did a full change out of the water i used a good amount of feed u can see some burn
8mls grow 40 mls bloom 22mls of micro half a cup of big bloom and hydroguard 10 mls

well the plant is yellowing up from the lower sections .....today makes the plant 65 days old (5 days to start it i do not count) ....i start counting from the day i see the first true leaf not when i plant it in the ground ........the PH lvls are dropping like rock now check it every 6 hours i am here from 5.9 to 5.7 ...my sleep it is 6.0 to 5.5 time period 10 hours

according to the info on the strain the flowering time is 70 days ....so the yellowing on the lower part is about right ......i though it might copy the first one it went 110days ........it looks really frosty but the over all weight i am only looking at maybe 2 oz 3 if lucky

so DWC for me is done no more untill i get all the gear to do it 100% right (and this includes a auto PHer ) .....my soil plants are looking really good

Yup. DWC is too high maintenance for me. Would much really be on the chill and do Hempy Bucket and Lucas Formula. So easy and carefree.

HaHa. Sorry man.

I try to tell this to newbs when they get root rot because they can't control their water temps or PH all the time. Yet they don't wanna listen cause they can't get past the thought of their homemade DWC's not working. I don't really get why newbs think they gotta complicate shit to feel good about their grow. Don't get me wrong, Ibe done it. That's why I know I don't wanna have to be chasing PH all the time.

I know you're not a Newb and figure you've done Hempy before. Just ball bustin back bro.

soil and feeding i am good ........Hydro i am a noob i huge noob 3 plant ever done like this .......soil plantings i am over 100 now i stopped counting i do at least 60 soil plants a year 3 years 180 plants decent learning curve i am novice in soil

all my hydro work is based on the DWC/RDWC/under current systems ......most of it theory only little practice

changed out the water ........no really plan to quote ( 38 mls of bloom 18 ml micro ....shot of hydro gaurd )

here are pics .....this it last week it hit friday and i am flushing it doing the 48 of darkness and cut it next monday (not the upcomming the one after that)

no point in pushing it any longer ......i changed the water out and used some clearing stuff to flush the salts out of the plant .......it has been moved to the dry tent doing the 48 hours of darkness then i will cut it

will take pics of the plant once i strip off the fan leaves and one of the dry tray ........rought i am looking at 2/3 oz but they are pretty and stinky (no more hydro half assed i need the gear but it spring now and i did get my hands on some really nice dirt ) so fuck it back to dirt ........post u a pic of my latest dirt i got 2 really nice one and one that is doing fairly well (calmag issue)

oh side note i got myself a Co2 reader about to add a tank to the system ........my natural rate is 470/490 i was happy about that and wanted to share

oh i think i know what cuases the slime in the system ..........the yippies up stream of me are drilling new wells for 1500 homes .......so my water Quality has turned to shit (i got a hose filter u know one that goes on a garden hose ) the water coming from that is Blue compared to the old water
