Chemdawg -Yellowing fan leaves

I am on day 38/70 of flower and my fan leaves have been progressively turning more and more yellow. Is this normal? I am watering 2 to 3x a week and nutes every Sunday. I have attached some pics to this thread. Also is 70 days to short? I have read that Chemdawg can take unto 12 weeks to flower. Is there any truth to this?

what nutrients are you using and how much etc?

During flower I use a combination of Fox Farm Big Bloom, Atami Bloomtastic, CALiMAGic from General Hydroponics, then once every few weeks I will throw in some Snow Storm Ultra from Humboldt County's Own. I can take a picture with the light off here in a couple hours.
